Jack has over 40 years experience in the development, siting and engineering of power generation facilities. He is responsible for the review and selection of sites, applying for and obtaining local and state approvals for major facilities, performance of engineering evaluations of alternative configurations and analysis of overall project economics. Prior to joining GenPower, Jack held senior level roles at Stone & Webster, Standish Energy, and RW Beck. Jack has a BS in Physics from St. Bonaventure University and a MBA from Boston University.

Floyd has over 30 years of diverse experience in the power generation and waste management industries, with expertise in project development, acquisitions, asset management, construction and operations. Prior to joining GenPower, Floyd held management positions at Thermo Electron, Thermo Ecotek, KTI Environmental and General Electric. Floyd has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Guillermo has more than 20 years of domestic and international project infrastructure experience, including 15 years of financing and M&A expertise. He has led the development and financing of projects in both established power generation companies and startups. Prior to joining GenPower, he successfully led the finance, development, and asset management of multiple large-infrastructure energy projects throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, to date securing more than $2 billion in non-recourse financing and M&A activity exceeding $200 million. Guillermo has a BA in civil engineering and an MBA from Boston College.
